Overview of Position 

The People and Culture Administrator plays a crucial role in our organisation's People and Culture team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the HR function through various administrative tasks such as drafting employment and change of conditions letters, assisting with the onboarding process, and managing general email enquiries. You will also be involved in maintaining employee files on HRIS and payroll platforms, ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date information. Additionally, you will support employees with day-to-day enquiries and assist with general People and Culture projects and support.
The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. You will be a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, able to work independently and as part of a team. This role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity for someone with a passion for HR.
