About the role:
This role is about supporting the development of our quantum sensor prototypes by assisting with analog circuit design and layout, PCB manufacturing and microwave/RF electronics.
The role is an exciting nexus between quantum sensing research and product development. Reporting to the Lead Scientist, Quantum Sensing (Accelerometry), the Research Lab Technologist will contribute to our rapidly growing efforts to deploy software-ruggedised quantum gravimeters, accelerometers, and magnetometers.
You will work closely with the Quantum Sensing division’s hardware teams, engaging with Quantum Sensing Scientists as well as Embedded Hardware, Software, and Systems Engineers to design and build custom analog electronics that will enable new capabilities for our quantum sensor prototypes.
